Does anyone else LOVE the 1986 comedy Ruthless People? In the film, Danny DeVito plays a man who doesn't like his obnoxious wife (played by Bette Midler), so on the day that he's going to kill her, he discovers that she's been kidnapped and that if he doesn't pay a ransom, she's dead (the kidnappers are played by Judge Reinhold and Helen Slater)

I love the scene where DeVito answers the phone and discovers it's a wrong number, so he says "Debbie? No, Debbie can't come to the phone right now. She's got my dick in her mouth." Then he turns to the cop and says "I love wrong numbers" ;D
or when Judge Reinhold drops the sack with Midler in it down the basement stairs. Then when he picks up the sack, her arms punch through and she starts choking him ;D

It is a very funny movie. I have it on tape. A couple of lines that I love:
"I've been kidnapped by K-Mart"
Earl Mott: Did you just shoot at me?
Ken Kessler: No, there's police men everywhere.
Earl Mott: Do you think that I look that stupid?
Ken Kessler: Yes, you do!
Earl Mott: If you just shot at me, where is your gun?
Ken Kessler: Well you got me, I don't have one.
Lt. Bender: GIVE THE BAG TO BOZO, DROP THE GUN, AND PUT YOUR HANDS IN THE AIR.
Earl Mott: Who said that?
Lt. Walters: This could very well be the stupidest person on the face of the earth. Perhaps we should shoot him.
Lt. Bender: IT'S THE POLICE DEPARTMENT.
Earl Mott: Really?
Lt. Bender: NO! WE'RE THE NATIONAL RIFLE ASSOCIATION!

My favorites...
"Muffy, meet Adolph. Adolph, EAT MUFFY!"
"Check it out! Thirty feet of thigh-slapping, blood-pumping nuclear brain damage! If you can't afford it, FINANCE IT! And here's the best part: when you die, they can BURY you in it!"
;D

Me too. No matter how many times I watch it, it is still funny.
