Karamel Sutra (or karma) is given by other board members because of something you said, it's your birthday, they like you, they want you cheer up, or just because they want to. You can start handing out your own "karamel sutra" when you have made 100 posts but you can only give 1 karma per person within a 24 hour period.

Once you get 10,000 karma points, ChuckyG provides a round trip flight to a city of your choice, free of charge. ;)
