Yes...and it was definitely disturbing. It angers me that poeple could actually do this to an animal without a care in the world... This will not help the Chinese cause to be accepted globally..

I can't watch it.  I've seen something similar to what is probably on that site on Youtube and I cried all night.  Animal abuse/torture upsets me more than ANYTHING.  It will haunt me for a long time.  I still see images of a slaughter-house worker jumping on a pig's head while it was alive, hearing it scream, from a video I watched 3+ years ago.  I haven't eaten pork since.

that's one reason that I decided over a year ago to stop eating meat. I just couldn't handle knowing/hearing about/seeing the torture of these poor animals. :(

Good for you.  I tried it too, with varying degrees of success.  I've completely elimated pork and beef for over 3 years, but I still do eat poultry and fish.  I could give it all up, and I should, but I just wasn't getting enough protein.

To be honest...the ONLY thing I eat is some seafood (very little though..mainly tuna, cod, etc). A few months ago I thought to myself..."maybe I will try to eat a bit of chicken"...I don't know why I did that...I took a few bites and suffered the rest of the day (I was really ill). My body is now used to not eating any types of meat (besides fish). It was kind of difficult at first...but now, I am so used to it. The only thing that makes it difficult sometimes is the fact that a lot of restaurants are not vegetarian friendly (and you would think by now they would be)...so I usually end up eating pasta. ;D

I very much doubt Bill even considered that realm  .....  to be fair. Just focusing intently on this one area, I reckon (as a passionate  animal lover) ...

Normally I call bs when someone states "most disturbing,graphic video ever", but considering I haven't seen the end of this one 'cause I can't stand to watch it, you are probably correct.

On-line petitions or not eating meat will do zip to curtail these practices - on-line petitions are essentially worthless, and these animals are killed for fur, not meat.

If we want China to stop with these and other bass ackward practices and policies, the best way is to stop buying things made in China.

I hate animal torture and am against it, but to be fair--other animals eat other animals, it's part of the circle of life, but I am against animal cruelty and torture, especially what was on that site, it's just awful and horribly disgusting. . .I mean it looks like something out of a Hollywood horror film, like animal bodies with Fred Krooger skin except real and living. .  :\'(

I have seen some horrible things towards animals, and those people should be locked up just like anyone else horribly sadistic, but I am not a vegetarian and can't imagine being one--but I don't wear fur or other such items that come from the types of barbaric treatments shown on that site.

Where ever the petition is, sign me up..I couldn't stand to watch it either. It is against the law here.

I agree. I mean, IMO...animals and children are similar to the point that they BOTH are innocent and helpless, in terms of this kind of treatment. I would never imagine hurting either one of them.

Of course not... and I don't think it was really necessary to even ask that question.  People tend to exaggerate, as I did when I said NOTHING upsets me more... I was, as Mr. Mister implied, caught up in the moment and focussing on the topic at hand, but nevertheless it is extremely upsetting for me to see abuse of any kind, animal or human
