Subject: Spamalot coming to Aus

I read this week that Spamalot is finally heading to Aus and it opens in Melbourne in November this year.
At this stage no casting decisions have been announced. Writer Eric Idle has verbally said he is eyeing Geoffrey Rush in one of the 3 male leads.
I am a biased John Waters fan and his comedic turn as Fagin in Oliver should get him some attention.
Females - I think Amanda Harrison (awesome in the UK and Aus productions of We Will Rock You) would be a gorgeous Lady in the Lake !!
So I cant wait and I am now saving for tickets and flights !!!!
