Which is why it never would have worked out between us. Praying Mantises are my biggest fear. Even that drawing freaks me out.

Amen to that! Where have all the lovable characters gone? Something cute for the kids. Why does everything have to be so wacky and out there? Hohum!

I'll agree with this. I don't like some of the cartoons that are coming out that are computer animated. I mean, besides Disney ones ( Toy Story, Finding Nemo, Happy Feet, etc ). But I've seen the ones for Barbie, Popeye and that new Rudoplh and the Island of Misfit Toys and I didn't like them. Give me the way they looked in the 60's and 70's.

OMG Aren't they nasty? I thought I was the only one. My older sister tells me stories about her daughter catching them. :-\\ And I'm like...You let her touch those? UGH
I agree with The Rugrats...also anything that looks similar to JETIX...you know, with the giant eyes and the huge gaping mouths.

I didn't say it was bad, it just doesn't appeal to me. If it doesn't appeal to me, too much of it will drive me nuts(I'm an anime fan, but I also have my limits with anime, I think I've suffered from Dragon Ball Z poisoning).
I have the same view with sports, they don't appeal to me.

1- I'm not sure if anyone knows what I'm talking about, but there was a brief time during the last days of the original TMNT cartoons when they were being shown on USA network. They had made a batch of episodes for that span which looked like cardboard cutouts.
2- Dr.Katz. Ugly cartoon. I'm not sure what the content was like. From what I remember it was like it was based on a typical 80's standup routine involving relationships and therapist.
