Well, "Take On Me" from a-ha is probably the best along with "Sledgehamer", IMHO

"Harlem Shuffle" is directed by Ralph Bakshi and also animated by John Krisfalusi who would later create "Ren & Stimpy"

"Opposites Attract" has a great blend of animation with live action

"Fell In Love With A Girl" is another great video with it's use of Legos.

It had parts of animation yes.  I remember the part where Peter's face was embedded onto the face of a locomotive LOL

I'll separate my choices by decade:

1970s:  A Routine Day - Klaatu
1980s:  Can't Stand Still - The Extras
1990s:  Sucks to Be You - Prozaak
2000s:  Singin' in the Rain - Mint Royale

I picked "Take On Me" (favorite) and "Money For Nothing" (runner up).  :)
