Agreed on both. But I think I like the Pink Panther one the best. It is a true classic. 8)

Some other omissions: "Mighty Mouse", "Smurfs", "The Inspector", "Inspector Gadget", "Dexter's Laboratory", "SpongeBob", "X-Men: Animated Series", "Speed Racer", and a few others
Honestly, I only listed cartoons that I'm familiar with from my youth and exposure from Cartoon Network that I remember and/or still enjoy, which I was born in the mid '80's.
Some mentioned, I've never heard of until a few years ago. (Then again, I didn't watch the 1995 "Little Lulu" cartoons until last year when I bought some DVDs)

My vote went to the Jetsons, but I love Animaniacs too. Especially at the end where it goes "Dana Delaney!" For some reason that always made me giggle.
