Does anyone remember Judy Robinson on Lost In Space?  I watched the show because it was an interesting show, and plus I thought Judy Robinson was a fox!

Several years ago, when the L.S. movie came out, someone interviewed Marta Kristen(sic?) who played a small part as a reporter. She'd been given up for adoption as a baby, and after her TV appearances, was able to find her birth mother. There was more, but I don't remember it all.

Also, as a nine-year-old I though she was very attractive ("Fox", both the term and concept, were unknown to me until I was a teen in the 70's). I don't recall her in anything but L.S. I wonder why she didn't get more exposure?

BTW, what's the difference between a dog and a fox? (approx. six beers)

As a kid, Lost in Space was my favorite show (ok, my taste has improved with age.  ;)) I remember in first grade we used to "Lost in Space" during recess. I HAD to be Penny. If I wasn't Penny, I didn't want to play. One time I ended up being Judy and I was soooo upset. Now, I look back at it all and laugh.  :D

(Warning! Warning Will Robinson!)

Does anyone remember some of the names Dr. Smith called the Robot?  Something like, "You cantankerous clunk" or something like that.

Gfaw!  I recall something like "You metallic moron (or meshugehah)," and the goofy robot would sing and dance sometimes.  There were funny exchanges between Dr. Smith and the others, Smith was such a wimp!  I think Gary what's his name in the movie should have given Smith a more comical approach, may have helped the movie.

"You bubble headed bumpkin". I remember Lost in Space when it first started out...it was a serious sci-fi program. A few programs later it was more of a comedy. :'( How did Dr. Smith become such a cowardly wimp? In the first few episodes he was so serious. The robot also changed along the way.

Remember the one eyed giant monster? That was scary as a Child. How about crush, kill, destroy? I always liked the endings when something was about to happen. They would say something like, "To be continued". What was the monkey called? Debbie?(Gleep-Gleep). The space ship took a pretty good beating...crashing as many times as it did, and still able to fly. I could go on and on. ;D

Lost In Space is one of my favorite shows.  Does anyone remember the remake of Lost In Space that came out into theaters back in the early 1990's?  I thought it was terrible.  What did you think?

Yes, I unfortunately still remember that desecration, though I'll block it out again after my reply here. The movie was awful all around; bad casting, bad acting, poor writing... :P :P :P

Butter Ball made a good point... when Lost In Space first premiered, it was very serious; actually quite good. But once they got campy, it suffered. Granted, it was still fun to watch, but those first few episodes (and the pilot) were very good television for the time.
