It's okay Cat, I can see why you'd secretly have lesbian tendecies (it seems a natural thing for women) ,  women amaze me also but as a male I cannot see why anyone would want to be gay as in  male/male it seems so unnatural. If I eliminated an actress for thier political views i'd have to eliminate most all of Hollywood. Jane Fonda was a sexy lady especially in the soft porn sci-fi Barbarella but her political views stunk up the place. But Raquel towers above them all in pure sexuality and enduring beauty- politics aside. Barbara Striesand had a weird type of sex appeal but her politics had the brains of Michael Moore and as ugly.

I always thought she was an average actress, and pretty average (well for the standards of actresses of the time; of course she was beautiful by 'normal' standards) in the glamour stakes. I usually associate her with 'Rebel Without a Cause.' Part of her mythos, of course, is due to her tragic deatah in 1980 (?).

Well I know she wasn't the most outstanding actress. There is undeniably something about her though, and it's more than just the tragic circumstances of her death. I've read two of her full biographies , and she is just one of those people whose presence is genuine.

Mary Hartline was a popular television personality during the 1950's, with her friendly personality and sex appeal giving her appeal to many ages.
