No contest here...The Beatles...
Even tho' this isn't my favourite period of theirs, 'Abbey Road' holds up well - extremely well considering the in-fighting that was going on within the group at the time...
And yes, I have been on that zebra crossing...sadly, it's not the original one as seen on the cover - the council re-painted it 20 yards down the road sometime in the late 70s...

The Doors first album is outstanding.
But it can't stand against Abbey Road.
It really isn't a contest. But then Abbey Road is my alltime Favorite album and has been for many years. :)

Ironically, "Abbey Road" is one of my favorite Beatles album. :)
Though I like The Doors too...
