Whats the group that sings "I wanna be....Bobby's girl, Bobby's girl..." I have no idea.....

Not done by a group (as far as I'm aware) but by a young lady by the name of Marcie Blane in 1962...

Big in the US, but she lost out in Britain where a much superior version by Susan Maughan grabbed the honours...

I only remember the Marcie Blaine song and especially like the part when she sings, "I wanna be," (then there are two beats of a piano part, "dunt dunt Bah-ah-by's girl..." that little dunt dunt rif has a nice 60s sound.
