Written By: MooRocca on 05/24/05 at 8:38 am

Andrew Sandoval's 15 year in the making Monkees Sessionography book "The Monkees: The Day by Day Story of the 60's TV Pop Sensation" will finally be available in the United States on July 5, 2005!!  But, East Coast fans in the U.S. can get a copy a month early!

Andrew will be previewing his book alongside some rare and unissued Monkees video and audio tracks from his archives on June 2 at 8:00 pm at the Port Washington, NY public library.  http://www.pwpl.org/

In addition to being an accomplished musician and recording artist, Andrew Sandoval http://www.andrewsandoval.com  one of the industry's foremost and most sought after rock historians/researchers and reissue producers, some of his most notable reissue work has been on the catalogs of The Monkees, The Beach Boys and The Band.  Andrew will be answering questions about his other recording and reissue work as well as about the Monkees and his book.

Andrew says he believes the event at the Port Washington library is free, but to be sure or to ask other questions about the event, you can e-mail Tony, the event organizer, at  ttraguardo@yahoo.com

Los Angeles area fans may get a chance to meet and speak with Andrew in July, after the book has come out in the U.S.  Keep checking the "news" section of Andrew's website http://www.andrewsandoval.com for more info.
