Wow! Gerald McBoing Boing. Now there's a blast from the past. I haven't seen him in a very long time. He used to be one of the cartoons that came on Sunday mornings (along with shows like Davey & Goliath).

I wonder if GMcBB is as good as I remember?

Davey and Goliath still comes on, on TBN Channel on Saturdays, I tape it every week. By the way the ELCA bought all copyrights for there use and has came out with an updated version. it was just okay. These shows make me think of kula fran and ollie's show.

Ranked as the 9th greatest cartoon of all time in 1994...

Though personally, I find the short boring, animaiton dull, and gets old fast...

Plus, I wonder if he's really swearing  ::)

Hold on a second...is this the same Gerald McBoing Boing from Cartoon Network?  It was part of a series in the morning of shows called "Tickle U"  along with Harry and His Bucketful of Dinosaurs and a couple of other shows like that.  I thought it was new as of 3 or 4 years ago?  The kid that makes all the sounds and doesn't talk?  He's SO cute!  Matthew used to love him!  I watched with him too-he was a hoot! You mean Gerald is really OLD?

If I'm not mistaken, 3 of the original Gerald cartoons were bonus features on the Hellboy DVD. Have no clue why though.

Oh f*ck that's insane! The subject line grabbed me because I seriously remember having this dream as a child about this cartoon and the song went like this, "All-a-lee boing boing, all-a-lee..." And I never heard of Gerald McBoing Boing until now. *Twilight Zone music playing*
