Ticket to Ride
Let it be
Hard days night
Penny Lane
Elenor Rigby
Strawberry Fields

OMG, I am a HUGE Beatles fan ;D and it would be hard for me to narrow it down to just a few. If I had to narrow it down to the top ten, they would be (in no particular order):

1. Hey Jude
2. Across the Universe
3. All My Loving
4. Help!
5. Hello, Goodbye
6. In My Life
7. Here, There and Everywhere
8. Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da (Life Goes On)
9. Revolution
10. Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band

But there are many more then that I like!

P.S. I am 20 years old and all my friends think its weird that I like the Beatles. Does anyone else think it's weird for a 20-year-old to like the Beatles?

the beatles are pure genius and i think it's never weird for anyone to like them, whatever their age. particularly when the contemporary competition is stuff like linkin park!

i've been seeing more kids running around these days with led zeppelin t-shirts, possibly because of that james cameron movie from a few years back. that gives me hope too, although the beatles dwarf even them in terms of sheer brillianceness.

There are too many Beatles songs that I love, so I will vote for the 1982 top 40 hit "The Beatles Movie Medley".  All those great Beatles hits rolled into one medley :)

The Beatles are one of the few groups that I listen to that don't play classical music.
I am more of a fan of their later stuff, which is more ballad like, or more experimental.

I like Blackbird
Yesterday
Hey Jude
Mother Nature's Son
Your Mother Should Know, and so on...

Yawn, how many times have I seen this same thread? Ah well, I spose it saves people the trouble of trawling through pages and pages of replies. It's a blatant tactic to get hits...I should know all about that.  ;)

Anyway, personally my 'favourite' Beatles song changes from time to time. But some of my favourites (in no order) would be;

She Loves You
I Should Have Known Better
Tommorow Never Knows
She's Leaving Home
Penny Lane
Fool on the Hill
While My Guitar Gently Weeps
Something
Here Comes The Sun

Oh, I agree with you, holicman. I think Paul McCartney's voice is just beautiful in this song. It is definitely one of my favorite songs the Beatles sing, if not my favorite song. The "na-na-na-na..." part is always fun!! ;D :)

I got to see Paul McCartney in concert Nov.8 in San Jose, Ca.  Ive been to a lot of shows, but Paul was the very best concert I have ever been to. This 63 yeard old Beatle took me back to my 1st love and admiration of the Beatles in the 60's. It was wonderful.  I don't believe he played Strawberry Fields Forever, one of my favorites, but John sang that song, He played Helter Skelter from the White Album and blew the roof off the place. Hearing Paul sing Yesterday, Let it Be, Hey Jude, Blackbird, Eleanor Rigby, Get Back, I'll follow the sun, I've just seen a face, Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band and about 22 other songs live is the summit of my concert going experience.

I Should Have Known Better

I posted this choice in Dec last year, but after watching A Hard Day's Night last weekend and hearing the Beatles perform this song and John Lennon's vocals on this song are so so good, I had to post this choice once again, but with a little more sincerity and conviction.

I was drafted into the Army in Dec. 1963.  Did basic at Ft Dix.  Every single morning, we all woke up to the Beatle's "I wanna hold your hand..."  Oh yes...that was absolutely my all time favorite!
