I like that song Palisades Park.  I also like Let's Put the Fun Back in Rock and Roll :)

Marvellous singer who made some fine stuff...

My pick, 'The Urge'...

There was a nice story about this...a young record buyer (not me!) allegedly went into a shop to buy this when it was first released and asked the very 'prim and proper' sales assistant if she had 'The Urge'...

...you can probably imagine what sort of look he got!

What's probably not common knowledge is that his first album ('The Explosive Freddy Cannon') was actually the first 'rock' LP to top the British Album chart...the only album prior to that to reach the summit was the 'South Pacific Soundtrack'...

" Palisades Park" is my favorite with " Way Down Yonder in New Orleans" a close second.

Talahassee Lassie, but I remember buy Abigail Beecher at my local record store when I was a kid.
