Here are some sound clips, incase you do not recognize the song and/or any/some of it's versions ...

(1966) Sunny - Bobby Hebb
(1966) Sunny - Cher
(1966) Sunny - Georgie Fame
(1977) Sunny - Boney M
(2004) Sunny - Boogie Pimps

Well, I guess I would say the original by Bobby Hebb is the best.

'The originals are still the greatest' (as someone sang!), so Hebb gets my vote (although Georgie Fame's version done no harm...)

Like most great songs, Bobby Hebb's version was literally recorded as a 'throwaway' track at the tail-end of a recording session...

I opted for the Boney M version as it's the one which I remember best.  The Boogie Pimps version (which is actually based off the Boney M version) is also great, and has a  cool 70's style music video O0

Since it was the Boney M version I heard in my head when i read the title I'd have to go with that one.

Don't you think Cher's version sounds a bit flat in places?
