US musician Danny Flores, who wrote and sang The Champs' 1950s hit song Tequila!, has died at the age of 77.
Flores died at Huntington Beach Hospital, California.
Tequila!, with its one-word lyric repeating the title, was recorded as a B-side but topped the US Billboard chart and won a Grammy in 1959.
