Subject: Favorite Monkee

My favorite Monkee would have to be Davy ( I just can't resist guys with English accents) and Mickey would be a close second.

Peter Tork was hysterical.  I always thought Davy was annoying with his little pip-squeak voice.

Peter is actually really cool.  He was a hippie to the core and a talented musician.  (Not a dummy :))

Davy played on the cute British thing too much.  Come to think of it, he's still doing it. ::)

The Chimpanzee  :D
.While related to monkeys, chimpanzees aren’t actually monkeys at all. Instead, they’re part of a completely separate group of primates known as the great apes.

It was today, February 13th in 1967, that The Monkees announced that from now on they would be playing on their own recordings instead of session musicians.
