I chose these from your list.. This is when music in the 60's began transistioning.... We still had the likes of Dusty Springfield, Petula Clark, The Turtles, Johnny Rivers charting ...with Procol Harum, 5th Dimension, Bee Gees coming into prominence. Meanwhile The Beatles were busy showing the rest how it was done!!!

Ruby Tuesday - Stones
There's a Kind of Hush - Herman's Hermits
San Fran Cisco - Scott McKenzie

From the 'Others' I could have gone for many more...

A Whiter Shade of Pale - Procol Harum (an absolute 60's anthem)
Stawberry Fields - The Beatles
Georgy Girl - Seekers (encapsulated the swinging 60's mood)
Happy Together - The Turtles
Something Stupid - Frank & Nancy Sinatra
I Think We're Alone Now -  Harry James & The Shondelles
Don't Sleep In The Subway - Petula Clark (I love this song)
Up, Up and Away - The 5th Dimension
Brown Eyed Girl - Van Morrison
I Say A Little Prayer - Dione Warwick (another favourite of mine)
To Sir With Love - Lulu (always in my all time favourite list)
Daydream Believer - The Monkeys
Woman - Gary Puckett & The Union Gap
Puppet On A String - Sandie Shaw
Massachussets - Bee Gees (sorry for the spelling)

I could have listed many more.....e.g. The Hollies had many songs I liked, The Bee Gees had a few...
