Subject: Caption Contests - New look

I wasn't happy with the appearance on the front page, so I've been holding off on doing more until I cleaned it up a little bit. It matches the rest of the page layout better now. I'll be a little more "professional" in getting those reviewed in a timely fashion from now on.
Also, a few people submitted pictures that didn't really have anything to do with music. I try and keep everything on the site music related.

hey... maybe I should change the structure a little too...
maybe the person submitting should have to put up a funny caption, which is what's displayed for the week, and people have to try and "best" it?
So instead of it saying "Submit a Caption" it would by "Submit a better caption"
