Another forum that I'm a member of has an arrow next to the thread name that you click on and it takes you to the last post you've made in that thread. That way you can keep track of where you've posted and where you haven't, and it also will save you time from having to go through each page of the thread to find the last comment you made.

We have something like that in here... the little blue "new" icon, which appears after the thread name. You can click on that and it'll take you to the post below the last one which you made.
