You can make a link with html in the bottom comments section.
Well since it understands html,
can you embed a midi file there that's hotlinked from another site, so a midi of the song being parodied will automatically play when the page appears??

No, you could link to it, but you need a different tag to embed audio and I won't allow it.

Be careful hotlinking files. I've found on several occasions that linking directly to the file will result in it not working for anyone other than yourself (especially URLs that are strings of numbers), and a fair number of websites that host these files expressly forbid hotlinking to the file itself. IMO, a link to the website page that has the sound file is better.
