Subject: Changed the format of the "last updated" links

part of the advantage to re-writing the forms, was I could easily write a replacement for the "last updated" section on the front page. I changed it to display the number of days since a section was updated, instead of the date it was last updated. It should also be more accurate. The links don't point to the "latest entries" pages for some of the sections though.
