I stuck to a list of about 60 or so famous directors (not necessarily great directors, but famous ones).

I watch too many movies. I only missed about 5 in total in the 2000s movies

The 2000s are probably too easy anyways. For some reason, there seems to be less famous directors now than there used to be, so this set of quizzes is more weighted towards the pre-1970s period of time. I may have to work over my source material and see if I missed some famous directors or something.

I don't know my directors very well (from any decade), so I don't think I could score very well on these. :-\\

The second section of questions I found harder and only scored 30%.

great quizzes, I only looked at a couple while at work, and wasn't logged in, but I would say my average is 50-80% correct

That's pretty good really. The quizzes are meant to be tough, so whenever anyone scores over 50% they are doing pretty good in my opinion
