Subject: Moving and renaming the locations of files

I promised I wouldn't do that so people could link to their quizzes, but I re-examined how I set things up and named things, and realized it wasn't done the best way it could.
So, with the exception of the sections that were submitted by visitors, I'll be renaming the quizzes, the directories they are in, etc. The statistics on those quizzes will also get reset to zero.
I promise this is the last time I move stuff! If I only knew then what I know now.
