Subject: Login Problem

Written By: Wicked___Lester on 01/22/02 at 09:52 p.m.

Anyone else having this problem? When I sign in, everything is normal until I try to check messages, whereupon I get booted to an error message telling me that IMs are a member only function; and when I try to post it's like I'm just signed in as a guest. ???

Your profile is still there. You are still a member.  Your most recent post before the login problem was yesterday, the 22nd.  Did you change anything on your computer, or worse, let someone else use it? :-/

I had a similar problem recently on another board, and found out someone else had used my machine and changed all my passwords.  Hope it gets straightened out for you soon.

Thanks for the advice, Kat! It seems my wife changed the security settings on the browser so it wouldn't allow cookies, and forgot to reset it when she was finished surfing... I thought about something like that after I got to work this morning, and I called and asked her. But all is back to normal now.  ;D
