I cannot start my own topic in the Playful Penguin Place because there are so many links to other pages of threads in that area that it hides the "start new topic" link

if you look at the bottom of your browser window, you should notice a sideways scroll bar, you'll need to scroll horizontally to see it..
you must have a very low-resolution monitor, a very old browser, or a very large screen font, because I have to shrink Netscape and IE very small for it to fall off the right hand side..
