I never thought it was curtains for the site. It's been crashed before. By comparison, this crash doesn't seem bad, at all...

first time i've seen it. after a day or two i got convinced it'd come back eventually but the first night, it sorta seemed like it was a goner, i forget why i thought that but i made me very quite unhappy.

i did this whole thing about, whose emails do i have? who have i lost? you, davey, mikefingerfan, al-b, kkay, a couple other guys i'd gotten emails from. other than that, i was thinking... these are people i might lose.
it was sorta messed up.

It was really weird the first night.
I could still get in.
I saw the last posts at 8 something, if I remember correctly, and I posted a thread to tell Chucky I could still get in and see everything.
I watched people try to get in too. But they would only be looking at the main page - I guess y'all got an admin. message from Chucky.
But yesterday when all I got was IE cannot display the page - my heart sunk. :\'( :-[
Then I finally got the Great News! page and was overjoyed!

I'm pleased in a way that it happened over a weekend. I only had to cope with one day without the boards.

As everyone else said, Thanks, Chucky (and karma). Yeah, I was having message board withdrawal, too. But, I had faith in Chucky and knew he would get it back just for us. What would we do without our "Fearless Leader".
