Written By: Dude111 on 03/30/08 at 8:21 am

This is a Japanese IQ test to see how well you can think or plan ahead.

Believe me its not as easy as it may seem!

That isn't so much an IQ test as it is a logic problem. I figured it out, but it took about 10 minutes.

Solution (complete spolier, thus the 1 point print - reply to read it if you want to):

~ Move the cop and thief across
~ Return with the cop
~ Move the cop and one kid (I chose a boy) across
~ Return with the cop and thief
~ Move the dad and other boy across
~ Return with the dad
~ Move the mom and dad across
~ Return with the mom
~ Move the cop and thief across
~ Return with the dad
~ Move the mom and dad across
~ Return with the mom
~ Move the mom and one girl across
~ Return with the cop and thief
~ Move the cop and the last girl across
~ Return with the cop
~ Move the cop and thief across
~ Watch the crappy winning animation, lol

I managed to get it without Ant's help.....question... why doesn't the prisoner just run whenever he's left alone?

Oh wait its a Japanese logic problem so it must have to do with honor...I swear the American would run first chance he got.... heck he isn't even handcuffed.

In my scenario the prisoner wourl push the cop into the ocean and then take off with the raft  ;D

LOL! I was wondering that about the thief myself.

Also, why can't the dad stay with the girls or the mom with the boys - especially in the presence of a cop? Is there some kind of conspiracy incest thing going on that we are missing?  ???

For some reason I like watching them punch eachother more then solving the problem.  Maybe tomarrow I'll try solving it.

Is it all down to the single mother syndrome?
