Subject: Another Fistful of Quarters: Billy Mitchell is again King of Kong

It took a few years, but Billy Mitchell has regained the title of King of Kong, having bested Hank Chien for the Donkey Kong record, as well as the original protagonist Steve Weibe.

Billy Mitchell is a complete jerk but oddly things feel a little safer when Billy Mitchell has the Donkey Kong crown.
