yup, she was a guest star on "cooter's girl," a sixth-season episode. whistledog clued me in that it's finally out on dvd so i saw it a couple days ago.

she does a really good alabama accent! and she does a really nice monologue near the beginning when he tells cooter he's her father. good stuff, man, good stuff.

i don't find her sexy so much as goddess-like. it's the combination of her grace-kelly like level of beauty -- she's not just plain old beautiful but, like, legendary break-the-mold beautiful -- and her tendency to make wacky facial expressions. that's just a great combination. plus she always turns up in really weird wacky movies, like "the car" and "meatballs ii." she doesn't just do regular old movies, some of them are good and some of them are bad but they're hardly ever boring.

plus she was tia, and when i was nine years old i totally fell in love with tia.

also, she's tiny but mighty.

also, she's very vivacious and positive. and a force for good.

probably the most promising was the car, with the haunted driverless car going around killing people. the car itself was a cool customized cadillac, i think?

anyway, the only drug-related rumor i ever heard about her was reading on some blog somewhere that she used to "party" with dana plato... what was her thing, dana? she was a speed freak, right? it was a total internet rumor, absolutely no evidence for it whatsoever. if someone put a gun to my head and made me guess on pain of death if i was wrong, i'd say that she probably smoked a joint or two and not much else. not that i'd mind if she dropped acid weekly in the interest of opening her doors of perception and mastering the thespian arts, like cary grant... i just have the feeling she wasn't big on that stuff.
