um ok...why is gym classes taught by either muscle-head guys that probably used to be the school jerk/jock OR very very butch females? At least that was the case in my school district.

yeah, i think it's the same everywhere... i guess their whole lives are consumed by sports and they get some kinda thrill out of watching kids play

I hated gym class too! The only time I enjoyed it was when we did an aerobics series..and started doing stuff like Yoga, and other aerobics. Now THAT was fun. OH....and the only other sport that I was decent at in gym class...was field hockey. It was fun having a reason to wack certain people in the shin. ahaha!!

With an ahem cough, it has two tones as the word Ahem sounds. Ah and hem. The hem and be a semitone lower to make the distinction between the two sounds.

About a month ago I came down with a 48 hour flu. Ended up with a sinus infection that gave me my nasty, deep, dry cough I've always had.Now, the sick is all gone, but the cough remains. It now also feels as though I have someone standing on my chest before I have a coughing fit. I live out in the dry dry Vegas air. Could that have something to do with it? Any advice on what to do other than a humidifier would be great. Can't afford such things right now. :(

A great guy I knew in Illinois ... he gave me a demo one day. I'd never heard of it. Held a burning cigarette lighter behind himself, and 'let one go' . The flame visibly got larger / moved. He DID have his jeans on, etc !
