I'm at wits end trying to downsize my photos and still they're to large...what's the secret?

I use photo bucket. I use their auto sizer and choose medium or small.

Snozberries, all this time I couldn't figure how to make them smaller and tonight my daughter told me to crop it smaller and I did and it worked...DUH!!
I don't need photobucket now, but I like the other features it offers so I'll play around with photos with "In the 00's".

no worries! Enjoy playing with it... I use it for practically everything.
