Do you still run the monthly competitions?
If so, what are the rules/limitations?

We did have duels in the games in The Arcade, but I do not think they continue, for I do not have access to the Arcade, not have the right software for it on my computer.

Do you mean the parody writing competitions? I don't know how popular they are any more. I'm fairly sure there were never any prizes.
There is a section for parody writers here called Am I Right (same as the parody website) and then go to either Song Parody or Song Parody Contests section
