Since this is Ask Me....I can answer a lot...I've been doing my own healing for about 30 yrs and have been on health forums for probably 15 yrs.
Issues: Sleep, Immune System, Fatigue, Anxiety, Heart health, alternatives for cancer healing, Joint Issue help, Neuropathy....lots...
I can offer help and advice on the above issues, I've dealt with a few and live with hip replacement damage...
Don't ask me how to do a joint surgery as I regret EVER having it done....

Oh no Dude, these are issues I can offer help and support for, I deal with a couple but not the whole group I posted.....
