Subject: Lyric fragment game

Written By: shazzaah on 01/08/03 at 09:26 p.m.

I know we already have quizzes like this but I thought I would try this and see if anyone wants to try this game.

Post a fragment of lyric for someone to guess the song and/or artist.Any genre any decade anything goes. Someone guesses and posts another lyric and so on....make the fragments short or long as you like.

I will start with my sig lyric:

"drivin' faster in my car, fallin' farther than just what we are, smoke a cigarette and lie some more these conversations kill. Fallin' faster in my car"

any takers?  :)

You win some, lose some, it's all the same to me

Tennessee Jed - The Grateful Dead

When I wake up people take up mostly all of my time,
I'm not singin', phone keep ringin' cause I make up a rhyme.
I'm not braggin', people naggin' cause they think I'm a star,
Always tearin' what I'm wearin', I think they're goin' too far.

It's like rain on your wedding day
It's a free ride when you're already there
It's some good advice that you just can't take
And who would've thought it figgers.-Ironic by Alanis Morissette
