Written By: Shaz on 03/07/03 at 09:07 p.m.

Hey, fellow penguins! Some might have already played this game- it is called Worst Case Scenario. I will ask a question and if you guess right you get a point and bragging rights....lol.

Please read the disclaimer:

Do not attempt to undertake any of the activities described in this game yourself! All the information in this game comes from experts and reference sources at hand, but this is no guarantee that the information is accurate..... Okay, enough you get the idea! ;D We no do these things at home. We get hurt!

So, here is my first question, let the game begin!

What is the best procedure to break down a door with no tools, only on your own power?

keep in mind there may be more than one correct answer, so for the game purposes I will accept the "correct" answer that I have.  ;)

You can just apply a really sharp kick onto the lock area.  That should be the weakest point of the door.

Remove the hinge pins and remove door from jamb, if possible.

A: Dig the letter A in the sand

B: Take lightly colored seashells and make the letter 'S' at least 10' long.

C:Using dark-colored seaweed, spell out the letter V, and make it at least 20' long.

How to survive in a plummeting elevator:

A: Open the elevator ceiling door and try to climb out before impact

B: Lying face down flat on the floor in the center, cover your head with hands

Probably B, but if it's falling from 20 stories up, kiss your @$$ goodbye ::)

I don't think you would have time to do "A", and since Rice said "B", I'll say "C"!   :D

Next question, I know it will be a favorite ;):

How to cook turtles for best nutritional value:

A: Place the turtle, still inside it's shell in hot coals and bake.

B: Boil until the shell comes off, then cut the meat.

C: Using the turtles back as a pot, suspend over a fire and cook until the steam hisses from the turtle.

Can anyone say "Yum!"  :-X

Yum!  :)  Um...

Let's see, a turtle eh?  Well I'm sure the shell has a few impurities...so you don't want that in the meat.

And the shell would probably crack if it were heated...

So B :)

It's gotta be A if you want to retain all the nutritional value.  (although I would strain the juices through a cheesecloth if available before eating)

And the answer is:

B: Boil until the shell comes off, then cut the meat.

Ok, here is the next one:

How to cross a piranha infested river:

Definitely A.  Or you can try to rip through the rear seat fabric and escape that way.  There's also sometimes a release lever that leads to the driver's side in newer model cars.
