Subject: Q & A - question first

Written By: Ripp on 02/10/04 at 01:00 p.m.

Ok. The way you play this -
I start with a question. The next person answers the question, and puts a question down that has something to do with the answer they gave, like if the answer was:

"A: Wouldn't you like to know?"

then the question might be:

"What's the story at balamory?"

but you CANNOT have the same answer or same question as someone else, especially if they're close together. I allow the same answers with tiny differences!

Ok

Q: Find the meaning of life by multiplying the carton of custard in the fridge by the cheese in the cupboard, then adding the chocolate & apple pie left in the trash.

A: I would say that equals a whole lot of moldy and smelly gunk.

Q: What is the recipe for success?

A - Always wear matching socks

Q - Why do socks always disappear in the dryer?

A: ask that question again...

(lol - they must go to the bermuda trash...)

Q: What question was it?

Subject: Re: Q & A - question first

A: Something about missing socks in the dryer.
Q: Why don't people listen as well anymore?

A: People are too caught up in the "skin and "shakin'" going on in advertizing and on tv... like MTV videos & lingere ads.

Q:  How can it be...these MTV artists claim they have
respect for women: they love their Mammas, yet they nearly
always have bikini-clad women in those videos?  ???

A: Sex sells. MTV would have a hard sell with artists' moms.

Q: But what about the senseless violence on cable shows like "The Sopranos" and "The Shield"?

Subject: Re: Q & A - question first

Written By: Ripp on 02/14/04 at 01:28 p.m.

A: I dunno. Violence is always the best way to deal with things.

Q: Why is it the man has to deal with the problem? (usually using violence)

Subject: Re: Q & A - question first

A: Because men allegedly bottle up their anger. Then when somebody ticks them off slightly, he explodes.

Q: Why do women have to play the peacekeeper?

Subject: Re: Q & A - question first

A: Cos if they're pregnant they don't want someone to hurt the baby

Q: Why do women bare the children?! Why can't it be men...us women could stop being in pain then (evil grin)

A: Because the woman ate the fruit off the tree first and then talked the man into joining her. (Proving that women are evil and men are stupid.) ;D

Q: Why doesn't money grow on trees? Or does it?

Subject: Re: Q & A - question first

Written By: Ripp on 02/18/04 at 11:26 a.m.

A: Technically, money grows on trees because of the cash form. Cash form is paper and paper comes from trees. Many people think money doesn't grow on trees, but yes, it does.

Q: What is a tree, really? Is it a plant or an oxygen factory?

Subject: Re: Q & A - question first

Written By: Indy Gent on 02/18/04 at 01:03 p.m.

A: It is anything people want it to be. But some trees must stay to produce the oxygen and protect us from ozone. Some must be sacrificed for paper, money and other recycleable products?

Q. But don't trees need carbon dioxide too?

A.  If memory serves correctly (it's been a long time since Biology ;D), they take the carbon dioxide from the air, and release the oxygen so my answer would be yes.

Q.  Why isn't water (H2O) called Hydrogen Oxide?

Subject: Re: Q & A - question first

Written By: Indy Gent on 02/19/04 at 09:11 p.m.

A: Because drinking hydrogen dioxide would sound too funny.
Q: Isn't soda essentially flavered, carbonated water with lots of sugar?

A: Most cola's contain these ingredients:
Carbonated Water, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Caramel Color, Phosphoric Acid, Natural Flavors, Caffeine

Q: Why is caffine in cola and coffee but not everything else?

But it IS in chocolate and tea, it's just not one of the main ingredients in chocolate.
A: Caffeine is a natural ingredient in all those. They can be decaffeinated, but that takes away that "stay awake" taste.

Q: Does Juan Valdez really make the best Columbian coffee?

A. I'm guessing no. I think he just had the best publicist/PR team backing him.
Q. Who do you think will pull the next humongous publicity stunt?
