Seriously, not by my definition.  At least in Australia, such practices reached epidemic proportions.  I hated it, in the days where I had little money and used to buy CD's.  Buying virtually any compilation was almost a complete lottery.

Specially when they were shrink-wrapped and some of the disclaimers found above could only be found INSIDE after the plastic came off  >:(

In time, I learned which 'brands' to start avoiding  ;)
