Subject: PMs copied to email address - how to stop this?

Hi - PMs sent to me on the board are being copied as e-mails direct to the e-mail address in my profile.
Is there a way to prevent this from happening? I don't really need to receive them twice.

look for Personal Message Settings
There's an option for email there, change it to say no
