I see that a lot of the people here are LOGGED and I don't understand why my IP Address is showing?
Could anyone here disable my IP Address so it doesn't show up at the right corner of my posts? Thanks. ;)

Howard, only you can see your IP address. Like I can see my IP but everyone else says Logged.

Apparently the software is set up to show the logon user's IP address.
By that, I mean that when I am logged on, I see MY IP address but nobody else's. (When I see your posts, it just says "logged").
So... nobody else can see YOUR IP address. Just you.

Click on profile then in the menu on the left you have three options
Show Summary
Show posts
Show something else(I forgot what)
Just click on Show Summary and the posts will disappear from your profile.

Nope. Everytime you post, your IP address is transmitted to the site. Chucky and Hair HAVE to have that in order to identify and ban people who are abusing the site. So, if you log on from a different computer at a different place (i.e. home & the library), you'll notice that the IP address is different. When someone is banned, it is their IP address that is banned, not just their username. It's always been like that, you just haven't been able to see it before.
