Usually at the top of the forum is a little box that has my avatar, my user name, how long I've been logged on, how many messages I have.......where did it go? The front page of the forum looks weird without it. :\'(

There should be a little arrow (in your case pointing downwards) under the blue "Ads by Google" text (top left). Click it once and the header should reappear.
