Subject: Flash Problem with IE?

Whenever I go into the arcade to play the games, I have to click the flash game to activate it. When I go to websites that use Flash software, I get a tool tip that says "Click to activate and use this control". Once I click the screen, it,will start to work. I googled this problem, and apparently it's a result of an Internet Explorer update.
Does anyone else experience this problem?
They say the solution is to go into your add/remove programs and remove the update called KB912945, which of course I do not have, so looks like I am stuck with this problem :\'(
This problem doesn't happen when I use ForeFox, so I guess I will have to use it when I want to play the games
