what are the names of all the ranks and how many posts are needed to get them?

Wheezy = 0 - 24
McVitie = 25 - 49
Pingu = 50 - 99
Pengo = 100 - 249
Bud Ice Penguin = 250 - 499
Nestor le Pingouin = 500 - 999
Tuxedo Sam = 1,000 - 4,999
Badtz Maru = 5,000 - 9,999
Feathers McGraw = 10,000 - 14,999
Chilly Willy = 15,000 - 24,999
Opus = 25,000+

Nothing beats an Opus ;D
Before Philip and/or I reached 50K I wondered if there was anything above Opus...but that's as high as it goes!

Probably not.
I do recall, however, on the old board (which crashed in April 2004) that there was a special position called "Emperor Penguin", but only Chucky had that ranking, since he's the admin.

That I did not noticed, but when seeing Antarctica you see plenty of Penguins, especially in the movie/documentary March of the Penguins.
