Subject: Wal-Mart heir dies in plane crash

Written By: MaxwellSmart on 06/27/05 at 10:23 pm

John Walton was the son of the founder Wal-Mart, Sam Walton.  He died piloting an "experimental" light plane near Jackson Hole, Wyoming, when the aircraft went down shortly after take-off on Monday, June 27.  Forbes magazine recently estimated the Walton scion's personal worth at 18.2 billion dollars, making him the 11th wealthiest person in the world by Forbes standards.
John Walton was 58.

I don't like Wal-Mart or the Walton family, but a sudden death like that hurts just as much for the Waltons as any other family.  There are certain misfortunes that are universal,  that's why I mentioned it.

If any good comes from this story, hopefully it will be to shed more light on WalMart, America's scumiest corporate criminals.

Most people think the Walton family earned their fortune fair and square and deserves every penny.  The repeal of the estate tax was designed for people exactly like John Walton.

They should take his 18 million worth and buy healthcare for all the workers that practically work for nothing so he and his family could get richer.  His siblings sure dont need anymore money.  Now that would be sweet justice.
