I adored her and was extremely upset when I found out she had Parkinson's disease because I have seen firsthand what it does to people.

RIP :\'(

Did she ever play a nun in a movie?

More sad news for this day.

I adore her performance in The King and I, though her singing was dubbed by Marni Nixon

The movie you are thinking of is Black Narcissus

The only thing I ever saw her in was the original Casino Royale, but I never saw the whole movie.

R.I.P. to a legendary actress

King & I and Affair to Remember.....

RIP and thank you for the wonderful roles you brought to the screen.

She'll definitely be remembered for those two the most, but which one more for could be debated for years.
At least now she's with Yul Brenner & Cary Grant again.

Your Pal,
Doc
