Al Martino, the actor who played the role of Johnny Fontane in The Godfather trilogy, died yesterday at the age of 82.

Al Martino was not only an actor, but also a popular singer, with international hits like "Spanish Eyes" and "Volare".
His song "Here In My Heart" was the first ever #1 in UK Top 40 (1952).
Another loss for the music industry. :\'(

We were just watching The Godfather in my film class last week and my professor was going through a lecture about it yesterday.
May he rest in peace.
