The legendary sportscaster just passed away at 72. :\'(

This is sad news. I remember he was a recurring guest on episodes of the 70's classic 'Police Story'. I used to watch the reruns on A&E all the time!
He was also one of the subjects of the 1980 Christmas hit 'Merry Christmas in the NFL' by Willis the Guard and Vigorish (AKA Buckner and Garcia)
