The voice of City TV and Toronto, and all around cool dude, Mark Dailey, passed away from a long battle of pancreatic cancer, at the age of 57.

Had no idea he was in that Rush video. He was the voice of City TV. I don't watch news, but I did like CityPulse, and he will be missed

I don't know if City TV was nationwide, but we began getting it here in this part of SE Ontario in the mid-90s
