She sang "Poetry Man" and was a great singer in her heyday, which was the early/mid 1970's.

She also recorded "Gone at Last" with Paul Simon.  8)

I also remember her for the 1989 hit 'If I Can Just Get Through the Night'.  It never made the US Hot 100, but it did peak at #63 in Canada, which was enough to get it memorable radio play ...
